"protocol-less" protocols: Facilitating unscripted dialogue with Teachers
It started with a question about the level of critical feedback our teachers were willing to give each other - were individual teachers speaking up when they had information or feedback to give a colleague that could help them improve their level of teaching? And if they were not, what could we do at our site to start changing that culture while still maintaining teacher autonomy and a positive collegial atmosphere?
